    The good thingsComfortable office, flexible place to work with good team and other social, nice sallary.
    The challengesthe high number of work requests that sometimes do not match the job desk, and demand more productive than the ability so that it is very easy to experience psychological and health pressure. very difficult to implement over a continuous period of time. finding a solution is quite long and sometimes without a solution. complaints against management are only an incompetence that is overcome by employees, actually the leader or manager can guide to be better.

    The good thingsIt was such a good company for entry level, akan banyak dapat pengalaman untuk ngerasain kerja di dunia start up. Mostly banyak kerja dengan kantor halodoc yg di negara lain. Work environment pretty good.

    The good thingsThe user patiently guides and teaches new or difficult things until we understand. And sometimes user give us a challenging task. There was a time to be serious and joking and is quite balanced. Seniors are very kind and very cool also. As a start-up company the work culture is quite interesting. Got a lot of new lessons, because basically I'm "lost" in this division but everything is going well and fun. On the sidelines of the internship, I also can hone my hobby! Lastly free food was a blessed thing for us. Thank you!

    The good thingsHalodoc is good place to achieve your dream. you can learn many things here. the team work is amazing. support each other, and give a chance to all employe to grow. not only for your hard skill, but for your soft skill too.
    The challengeschallenge working in this company, 1. maybe because halodoc is a multicultural company, there is some time that we cannot communicate well to other employee with different culture and language. 2. poor work life balance. but what you expect when you work in start up rite.
