    The good thingsDisini merupakan tempat yang sangat baik untuk bekerja, kita dapat merasakan kehidupan yang seimbang karena disini menerapkan konsep "life and work balance". Atasan yang baik dan mengajarkan saya banyak hal, dimana saat itu saya seorang fresh graduate tanpa pengalaman. Atasan selalu mendorong kita untuk berproses dan berprogres lebih baik dan terus baik.
    The challengesPengembangan karier sebenernya baik, hanya saya memang harus menunggu posisi atasan kosong akibat pensiun atau resign. Jadi peluang karier ada tapi menunggu cukup lama. Saya rasa memang ini perusahaan baik, jarang ada Staff (officer) yang resign karena tidak betah.
