Would not recommend this workplace. The good thingsI am a former sales employee of this company and joined when the company was first established. In the early period, the working environment was quite relaxed, with flexible rules and no strict regulations.
However, after the finance manager (a Chinese expatriate) joined the company, many changes took place. The rules became stricter, but they were not clearly communicated. At the same time, unequal treatment among employees began to appear.
The company provides very limited support and facilities, including entertainment activities and employee development programs. As a result, many employees chose to resign because they felt there was no clear career path or future in the company.
The challengesThis situation is particularly evident in the sales division, especially in terms of product knowledge. As one of the early sales employees, I received direct training in China and was supported with proper presentation materials. However, newer sales employees rely only on PPT materials, which are not sufficient to support their work in the field.
Overall, the support provided to the sales team is inadequate. In addition, management decisions often change, which makes it difficult for employees to work effectively and professionally.
These issues are not only experienced by the sales division but also by other divisions within the company
