    The good thingsall the employees are like family , even though we use three languages here (Indonesia,English, Mandarin for some employee) but we can work together. We can feel the meaning of " unity of the diversity" here.
    The challengesbecause we are a new company here, so we haven't use a good system to support our work , but so far so good.
