    The challenges- sering kali mengatur setiap gerak-gerik karyawannya yang menimbulkan iklim tidak sehat di kantor sehingga tidak pede bekerja guysss - selalu menuntut bawahannya untuk mematuhi dan mengikuti perintahnya tanpa mempertanyakan keputusannya. - melemparkan tanggung jawab kepada orang lain jika ada problem demi menjaga reputasi dalam bekerja. - anti kritik kritik guuys..... - mudah tersinggung dengan perkataan bawahannya jadi kita enggan terbuka ide-ide baru
