    The good thingssaat bekerja menjadi staff dokumen dalam OJT saya mendapat banyak pengalaman terutama saat bagaimana saya harus melayani tamu dengan baik, memberikan informasi seluas-luasnya mengenai dokumen perjalanan, menangani komplain tamu dan bekerja dengan penuh ketelitian. mungkin pekerjaan ini terliht mudah, namun ternyata perlu kesabaran untuk melakukannya.
    The challengeshal yang cukup sulit untuk dilakukan saat bekerja dalam bidang pelayanan adalah bagaimana kita bisa melayani tamu dengan baik dalam segala kondisi karena tamu adalah prioritas, kondisi apapun yang sedang dihadapi melayani dengan baik harus tetap dilakukan. selain itu dibutuhkan kesabaran yang besar untuk dapat melakukan pekerjaan dengan maksimal.
