    Saat bekerja lebih dari 1 bulan saya terkena sakit yang mengahrusnya operasi dan menunggu pemulihan kurang lebih 1 bulan. Namun pihak atasan menanyakan terus kapan bisa masuk lalu memberikan arahan agar kasih surat resign dulu baru nanti dapat bekerja kembali. Lalu pihak HRD tidak ada menghubungi.

    I really enjoy working here even though the daily work is hard and you have to be agile, but the work environment is good and you don't let each other down, you have free rest hours as long as the work is done, but one of the bad things about this company is the lack of career advancement and management that doesn't humanize people.
    The good thingsGetting a good work environment, teaching each other, guiding each other, and not letting each other down, comfortable work even though the work is hard.
    The challengesTo be honest, it is very challenging, because every day orders increase to thousands of clients, you are required to work quickly and not be late in arriving at the client.

    The challengesterkadang terjadi mis komunikasi antara cook , leader dan servis sehigga terjadi problem, meskipun dapat di atasi tapi membuang waktu, harus bersedia di panggil dadakan untuk yang sedang training, siap datang 1 jam lebih awal

Kondisi kerja di perusahaan ini sangat menyenangkan dimana management di perusahaan ini lebih mengutamakan keselamatan karyawan dan bersikap kekeluargaan kepada karyawan nya.
