    The good thingsTempat yang bagus untuk fresh graduate bekerja, banyak ilmu yang bisa didapat (tergantung team leader dan teman-teman satu tim juga ya), tidak ada gap antara karyawan, semua membaur, lingkungan pekerjaan yang positif.
    The challengesMasih banyak trial error SOP, info mengenai komisi/bonus yang kurang jelas, banyak miskomunikasi dengan tim dari divisi lain yang menyebabkan pekerjaan terhambat.

    The good thingsKekeluargaan di dalam Glomeda cukup baik. Karena perusahaan ini merupakan perusahaan berkembang, kesempatan berkarir masih terbuka luas untuk para karyawan. Jarang ditemui "gap" antara level karyawan, mostly semua membaur.
