    Hal yang baikKekeluargaan di dalam Glomeda cukup baik. Karena perusahaan ini merupakan perusahaan berkembang, kesempatan berkarir masih terbuka luas untuk para karyawan. Jarang ditemui "gap" antara level karyawan, mostly semua membaur.
    TantanganPerusahaan berkembang masih "try-error" dalam beberapa strategi dan SOP. Sehingga tekanan yang diberikan tergolong tinggi karena system masih proses penyempurnaan.

    Hal yang baikwe can learn for all, and something new because the system in company not yet tiddy up. For fresh graduate, its a good for your experience to start working here. But you need a strugle and hard work and availaible to working overtime either 24 hours, company can contact you
