    Global Assistance & Healthcare® was established in 1993 in response to the need of assistance services from travelers, local nationals and expatriates living in Indonesia.Our core business was originally to provide Assistance Services via an Alarm Center in Jakarta which operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.Services provided range from full medical emergency evacuations to the nearest suitable place of care - which is usually Singapore - to advice to travelers on security situations or local country disease risk (immunization requirements etc).
