    The challengesSistem 6 hari kerja untuk non shift dan shift. Shift di hari minggu ganti shift dan tentu saja menguras energi. Dengan sistem 6 hari kerja dan opershift tiap minggu ini tentu saja keseimbangan kerja dan kehidupan pribadi sangat sangat kurang memadai
