    The challengesDalam pengalaman saya, proses adaptasi bagi karyawan baru masih bisa ditingkatkan. Interaksi dan kolaborasi dengan karyawan yang lebih senior terkadang terasa cukup terbatas, sehingga membutuhkan inisiatif lebih dari karyawan baru untuk bisa benar-benar terintegrasi dalam tim. Dari sisi kepemimpinan, gaya manajemen di beberapa kesempatan masih dapat dikembangkan, khususnya dalam hal komunikasi, pemberian arahan yang jelas, serta dukungan terhadap pengembangan anggota tim. Pendekatan yang lebih terbuka dan suportif akan sangat membantu meningkatkan kenyamanan kerja dan performa tim secara keseluruhan.

    It's good to seek experience, but better find any other better place max 2 years after hired.

    The challengesDoing task without any lead, every year have to add a new 'value' in work (and after that it's turn into responsibilities), multiple deadlines give you headache and no compensation, have to work every holidays religion related to match the deadline, and never got any appreciation like salary raise with good amount, high maintain work load with under mediocre salary.
