    The most comply company I ever work in. Very recommended for freshgraduates and those who is looking for stable career and living.
    The good thingsThe egalitary culture, the openness for new insights, friendly culture. There is also free health insurance which cover not only the employee but also his family, which is very benefitful.
    The challengesThe bureaucracy, racial bias. There is no concrete appreciation for performance and loyalty.
