    The most comply company I ever work in. Very recommended for freshgraduates and those who is looking for stable career and living.
    The good thingsThe egalitary culture, the openness for new insights, friendly culture. There is also free health insurance which cover not only the employee but also his family, which is very benefitful.

    Good Work-Life Balance with Limited Career Development
    The good thingsWork-life balance. Most Managers are really concern about well being of our family. However, there is a very limited career development and progression. One can stay in his/her position for as long as they are able to without being developed nor progressed. On a side note, they really need to work on human capital development.
