ESQ Group adalah kelompok Perusahaan PT Arga Bangun Bangsa yang fokus pada "People Development" pembentukan karakter yaitu kecerdasan intelektual, emosional, dan spritual.Pertama didirikan pada 16 Mei 2000, ESQ Leadership Center saat ini telah menjadi salah satu lembaga pelatihan sumber daya manusia terbesar di Indonesia. Setiap bulan terselenggara rata-rata 100 event training di dalam maupun luar negeri, dan menghasilkan alumni per bulan rata-rata 10.000 - 15.000 orang.Sampai dengan saat ini, telah terselenggara lebih dari 5000 training (data per November 2010), dan jumlah alumni hampir mencapai 1.4 juta orang di seluruh dunia (data per Januari 2015).Sejak Tahun 2006, mulai diselenggarakan training di luar negeri seperti Malaysia, Brunei, Singapura, Belanda, Amerika Serikat, Jerman, Makkah, Madinah dan Australia.ESQ Group merupakan kelompok perusahaan yang saat ini terdiri dari PT. Arga Bangun Bangsa, Yayasan Ary Ginanjar Agustian (STIMIK ESQ), PT. Arga Tilanta, PT. Arga ESQ Semesta Tour, PT. Fajrul Ikhsan Wisata, PT. Bayu Pratama International, PT. Griya Bangun Persada, PT.
