    As a PME, I tend to increase my capability to connect with other coworkers, such as mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and also the sales team, as a representative for the client. It suits my capabilities and improves my quality as a PME.
    The good thingsThe ACCCG applies to office work environments, and even though it has a lot of workload, the colleagues used to help us maintain our strategy to pass all of the deadlines. Its really a good start place to deep understanding and exploring your career.
    The challengesSeveral regulations, such as those referring to USP or EN standards, we need to master. Using English as the main language to connect with others is still a main challenge, but it is easy to learn.

    The good thingsI was impressed with Esco's core values, ACCCG. Attitude, Communication, Competence, Commitment, and Growth. This shows that to produce quality products, all of the staff/worker must equip with these values.
    The challengesProbationary employees may felt overwhelmed by the workload demands, especially if they are expected to contribute immediately without gradual learning curve. Luckily, I was guided gradually to familiarize with the workloads.
