Another frustrating aspect was being frequently contacted on days off, disrupting personal time and showing a lack of boundaries or respect for employees' time.

The workload is excessively demanding, making it unsustainable for long-term employment.
The treatment of employees by certain supervisors was highly unprofessional and lacked basic respect.
