    On top of that, I was deeply concerned about unethical practices, such as the misuse of employees' personal information (e.g., NIK) for unrelated purposes, which is a serious breach of privacy and trust. Another frustrating aspect was being frequently contacted on days off, disrupting personal time and showing a lack of boundaries or respect for employees' time. I hope this review helps others considering a position at this company.

    The challengesI would like to share my honest experience with this company to help others make an informed decision. Unfortunately, my time here was far from positive. Work-life balance is almost non-existent, with frequent unpaid overtime and no real bonuses provided, despite expectations being set otherwise. The workload is excessively demanding, making it unsustainable for long-term employment. The treatment of employees by certain supervisors was highly unprofessional and lacked basic respect.

    Perusahaan yang baik mengembangkan diri (memiliki Career Path yang jelas)
    The good thingsjenjang karir, development karyawan (baik dari pengembangan individu oleh team HC maupun oleh divisi internal). lingkungan perkerjaan yang baik (baik dari sisi rekan kerja maupun lingkungan perusahaan termasuk fasilitas di perusahaan seperti gedung sendiri, bebas parkir, kantin, dan ada Family mart) serta ada bonus 1 tahun 2 kali.
    The challengesterkait fasilitas penunjang perusahaan seperti asuransi dll. dan tuntutan pekerjaan yang lumayan besar dikarenakan tiap tahun harus ada improvement (bisa menjadi baik jika implementasinya benar)

    Each department have rules, but here I feel kind of level of of a career which was only slightly. Sangat sulit mendapatkan promosi jabatan dan sangat berbelit-belit.
