Years ago, I really wanted to work at EF. I tried so many times to work here but failed. Finally I was hired at EF for their new branch. Actually it's not as good as what I expected. The management was quite toxic. They didn't even respect their staff, especially CC position. They didn't count and pay my salary (cut off) and my meals allowances as well. The Central Director always pushed us to hit the target like crazy. And they changed the working hours into 3 shifts (normally 2 shifts).The good thingsA good pathway to learn English with fun methods.
The challengesThe target is too high (must be 40 new students a month!) that mostly people who worked here couldn't reach even an half of it.
