    The good things- jam kerja fleksible, - owner baik & helpful - kenaikan gaji reasonable - insentif 0.5% - 1% - dress code bebas - good place to learn - good place to start - family company - tidak ada senioritas, semua saling membantu - support dari HO lumayan membantu
    The challenges- pembagian insentif tertutup - 20% penjualan diklaim divisi - peraturan yang berubah-ubah - untuk tahun 2022 sistem yg digunakan masih tertinggal jauh - jobdesk kadang tidak jelas - tidak ada SOP - tidak ada training yang memadai
