    The good thingsthe good things? have chance to learn, not to salary. not to career. just learn.
    The challengesone person holds many projects. and this is very bad for project management. there is no KPI system here. Performance appraisal is based on like or dislike of top management towards subordinates, or how much you have overtime

    The good thingsIf u just a fresh graduate and no problem with low salary this is a perfect place to you learn .. remember just learn ..
    The challengesEvery 2 hours filling the log .. Small company but with much suddenly rule .. No bonuses for each project , either how hard you working here or finish thousand of project .. it's useles .. The more important things ..this is family company ..
