    Rekan kerja ramah, gaji layak, tapi jobdesc dan ekspektasi kerja kurang jelas (khususya untuk posisi social media specialist). Kesulitan dalam hal komunikasi karena pihak manajemen tidak membuka ruang untuk feedback dua arah.
    The good thingsRekan kerja ramah, lingkungan kerja cukup santai dalam hal jam masuk dan pakaian kerja, kesempatan belajar banyak hal karena cakupan kerja meluas. Ada cuti tambahan di hari raya sesuai agama masing-masing setelah 1 tahun bekerja.
    The challengesTidak ada HRD dan jobdesk sangat melebar jauh dari kesepakatan awal. Satu orang diharapkan mengerjakan peran satu tim penuh. Manajemen cenderung sulit menerima kritik. Kurang cocok untuk profesional yang mengharapkan sistem kerja yang sehat dan terstruktur.
