    Untuk belajar dalam jangka waktu pendek bagus, tapi jangan terlalu lama disini
    The good thingsTraining karyawan cukup bagus dengan sistem onlinenya
    The challengesBanyak kekurangan sistem disana-sini. Management tidak mengukur load pekerjaan, sehingga terlalu overjobdesk di semua kini. Selama bertahun-tahun tidak ada acara bonding, maupun gathering karyawan. Tidak ada bonus tahunan dan asuransi.

    Banyak level managerial yang hanya bertahan kurang dari 2 tahun, karena buruknya culture perusahaan, perusahaan yang sangat tidak direkomendasikan untuk berkerja dalam waktu lama.

    The challengesKolaborasi antar corporate perusahaan menjadi momok dalam kinerja karena ketidak profesionalan pemilik dan masing² head dept, attitude sangat buruk dari Top down, buruknya management membuat level blue collar tidak memiliki semangat lebih dalam berkerja.
