Overall, it's good opportunity to expose ourself across the globe
The good thingsMulticultural environment with diversity with flexible working hours due timezone differences. Have a good income above local averages.
The challengesSince we all spread around the globes, working with the team and colleagues with different time-zone is very challenges. Due this reason, sometimes we need to work after office hour.
But It's flexible time so we can adjust accordingly to suits or working-life balace.
