    The good things- Great place to get a manager title fastly
    The challenges- The HRs are very terrible, they act like fashion police and boss - The HRs are not transparent in employee contracts, salary adjustments, benefits, and many more, meanwhile, the company's value is transparency that's really contradictive - Micromanaging culture, which is that's really annoying for employee - Miscommunication is everywhere - Meanwhile, the company is growing fastly, and they do not appreciate the employee given bonuses, perks, or anything to make the employee are appreciated - Workload is overwhelming, that's not equal to salary and benefit

    The good thingsSaya mendapatkan pengalaman baik disini dengan mendapatkan ilmu management Warehouse yang berguna, serta mendapatkan teman atau rekan kerja yang baik dalam bertukar pikiran dan dapat bekerja secara team work yang profesional.
    The challengesPada awal bekerja terkadang agak sulit untuk membaur dengan orang orang baru, namun bisa teratasi dengan selalu berkomunikasi setiap jam kerja.

    It depends how you see it.
    The good things- They have an internal task system that is integrated into your calendar, which makes work scheduling easier. - You can create your work schedule because you handle all the meetings, site visits, workshop drawings, and technical visits. - As a designer, you will have creative independence in your projects. - They have an internal design warehouse that may make the work easier and faster.
    The challenges- They do not have a career path for interior designers. I would not recommend you to work here if you are searching for a long-term career. - The workload is fluctuating at best, sisyphean at worst. You will get new projects whether your earlier projects have already been finished or not. - You are expected to work at weekends or holidays if the clients or company ask you to. - There are no medical benefits for designers other than reimbursement with a certain number cap on it. - There are still many design outscopes that may lead to repetitive design output.

    The good thingsSekat di antara level pegawai di Dekoruma hampir tidak ada, sehingga memungkinkan intern seperti saya untuk berkomunikasi dengan staf senior ataupun management secara langsung dan eye-to-eye. Di perusahaan ini intern juga diberikan amanat untuk memegang project besar layaknya seorang pekerja full-time. Dapat dipastikan bahwa para ex-intern Dekoruma akan memiliki headstart yang jauh dibandingkan dengan teman-teman sebayanya yang menjalankan internship di perusahaan atau startup lain.
    The challengesSOP untuk proyek antar divisi masih ambigu. Contoh: direct supervisor sudah mengapprove pekerjaan, begitu pula dengan counterpartnya di divisi lain, namun staf di divisi lain tersebut tidak setuju dengan bagian X di pekerjaan, sehingga membutuhkan pengerjaan ulang yang tentunya memakan waktu lagi. SOP yang lebih rigid dibutuhkan untuk meminimalisasi konflik seperti ini.
