    The good things1. Pemberian projek yang serampangan memberikan sisi positif dimana hard skill otomatis berkembang karena tuntutan pekerjaan.
    The challenges1. Manajemen yang buruk cenderung suka mencari kesalahan tanpa memberikan solusi. 2. C level tidak memiliki visi yang jelas. 3. Memperlakukan karyawan layaknya mesin yang bisa dibongkar pasang tanpa memperhatikan, mengadakan diskusi, dan memberi apresiasi effort dan dedikasi yang diberikan ke perusahaan. 4. Pemberian gaji sering kali terlambat bahkan hingga lebih dari seminggu. 5. Fasilitas bekerja tidak memadai

    Workflow is bad
    The good thingsNothing at all.
    The challengesThey replace every designer and copywriter for every 3 months. They don't care about your process, you'll got kicked out after 3 months of your probation time no matter how good you're doing. They don't give training. Not to mention the HR is a bit less polite. If your probation time is over, she'd call you and says your work doesn't fit us, you aren't doing good etc. Without asking do we face difficulties or such.
