Sebenernya ini kantor masih fine banget dan kalo dari HR nya juga masih support gitu kalo misalkan mau pindah divisi atau ada keresahan dan orang-orangnya juga pada baik ga masalah yang gimana, team internal juga seru (beberapa). Cuma salah divisi aja sih di sini dan tidak sesuai ekspetasi dimana professional harus di atas dari masalah personal. Harusnya ada training for leaders sih kadang ga cuma karyawan juga yg harus di train tapi leader juga.
