The good thingsBekerja disini membuat saya merasa tertantang karena dengan occupancy tiap harinya yang 100% membuat saya tau bagaimana saya harus melayani tamu dengan penuh kesabaran,semangat dan pantang menyerah. Banyak sekali pengalaman yang saya ambil dari bekerja di hotel ini. Dimulai dari ilmu yang saya dapatkan,bertemu dengan orang orang baru,dan masih banyak sekali yang saya dapatkan termasuk menjadi telemarketing saya sudah merasakan.

The challengesKesulitan hanya didapatkan pada orang orang yang tidak mau berusaha menurut saya. Sebenernya dalam pekerjaan tidak ada kesulitan hanya saja kitanya yg tidak mau mencari tahu jadi kesulitan itu datang menghampiri

Karyawan rata rata dari daerah setempat (Bandung) dan perusahaan sangat menghargai karyawannya. Hubungan kerja yang sangat baik antara perusahaan dengan karyawan. Baik dari segi fasilitas makan, kegiatan keagamaan, kegiatan dan fasilitas kesehatan, juga tunjangan lainnya dari hasil pendapatan perusahaan.

The challengessebaiknya memiliki kendaraan roda dua karena lokasi tempat kerja yang macet dan juga minim nya fasilitas parkir buat kendaraan.
