Overall perusahaan ini merupakan perusahaan yang sudah bagus dalam pembagian kerja, namun jam kerja yang tidak jelas dan lingkungan yang sudah bercircle menjadikan perusahaan tidak nyaman untuk karyawan baru.

    TOXIC BOSS
The good things1. Supportive peers 2. Cottonink is a local big brand
The challenges1.The boss lacks clear goals and doesn't know what to do. There's a lack of clear goals and communication. She simply follows what the CEO wants and is unable to think strategically. Her focus is mainly on herself and her family. Moreover, she has never really worked well with people; she seems more like a born big boss than a leader. Her Instagram might present a different image, so it's best not to expect too much. She excels as an influencer but falls short as a boss. 2. You might find yourself working even during holidays or in dire situations without any consideration. They seem to have little concern for your well-being. 3. As an employee, you're treated more like an object than an precious asset. 4. Often, you'll end up using your own money initially to complete tasks, such as sending the PoP to the store. Unfortunately, the reimbursement process tends to be quite lengthy. 5. She frequently forgets about your contributions and might question whether you've completed your tasks. In some instances, she might even publicly call you out. I'm not recommend you to work with them, you are more valuable than anything else.
