The challengesHarus kuat menghadapi senior yang senioritas, Manager yang tidak netral, cenderung memihak dan mudah terprovokasi. Sebagai anak bawang sy cukup sering menelan pil pahit tp slalu sy jadikan semangat utk naik level (di tempat baru). Lalu, kultur budaya di company ini yg terbilang kaku jd sulit bisa membaur antar lintas divisi bila tidak ada kaitan pekerjaan. Pergaulan disini jg sering melihat status sosial.

Almost all of the managers were resigned.
Always blamed others when she made mistakes.
