The challenges1.The boss lacks clear goals and doesn't know what to do. There's a lack of clear goals and communication. She simply follows what the CEO wants and is unable to think strategically. Her focus is mainly on herself and her family. Moreover, she has never really worked well with people; she seems more like a born big boss than a leader. Her Instagram might present a different image, so it's best not to expect too much. She excels as an influencer but falls short as a boss.
