    The good thingsDapat memanfaatkan waktu dengan sangat baik untuk pekerjaan dan interaksi dengan sesama kolega. Belajar mandiri untuk hampir semua bagian dalam pekerjaan yang diemban. Disiplin karyawan dalam kehadiran kerja diapresiasi dengan baik. Secara kolektif terlatih untuk memiliki efisiensi dalam penggunaan uang dan seluruh fasilitas perusahaan yang tersedia untuk memaksimalkan hasil kerja individu dan tim.
    The challengesKoordinasi dengan beberapa kolega suka tidak suka mengharuskan beberapa pengeluaran untuk konsumsi sebagai bentuk kemurahan hati. Sungguh tidak mudah mengharapkan beberapa kolega untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan sesuai estimasi waktu yang diminta.
