Suasana kerja seperti ini sangat baik untuk mendorong karyawan mengeluarkan kemampuan terbaiknya. Reward dan punishment diberikan secara transparan dan kelas.
The challengesKesulitannya adalah untuk mencapai jenjang tertinggi, yaitu direksi, karena dropping dari induk usahanya yaitu bank bumn. Saya menyadari hal itu karena perusahaan ini milik bank bumn tsb. Kalau saya mau mencapai jenjang tertinggi berarti saya harus cari alternatif perusahaan lain, yaitu dengan cara mencari peluang kerja di tempat lain.
