Tanggung jawab barista yang terlalu luas
The good thingsTekanan dan kedisiplinan menempa mental untuk menjadi barista yang serba bisa
The challengesBanyaknya tanggung jawab yang dipikul oleh seorang barista menjadi kesulitan. Tidak ada OB menyebabkan pekerjaan barista sedikit berat karena tanggung jawab kebersihan seluruh area (yang cukup luas). Posisi all bar crew yang merupakan barista juga menyulitkan karena akan ada kondisi dimana seakan akan berebut posisi di dalam bar. Yang kuat mengalah untuk menjadi server.
