    The good thingsThe Health and Safety program is runs well and gets high attention for all Coats Group/Management. A good place to learn a lot of things in the world of work widely with a conducive work environment.
    The challengesCommunication with other cluster members in equating perceptions to achieve targets set by Coats Global / group. Different work culture with various country is to be a challenges in here and we have to work fast with high workload.

    The good thingsComfort place to work (on manufacturing point of view), on progress transformation in digitalization. As pioneer on threads manufacturer. But some of the policy can suddenly change caused of transformation progress that sometimes need try and error before it really 100% applied.

    I have been working here since 2013.
    The good thingsThe medical allowance is very good and satisfying here. The medical allowance at Coats consist of yearly medical reimbursement which the Rp amount is as much as twice of the basic salary, full Inpatient fee, and also allowance for give birth is fully covered until the fouth baby. The overtime payment amount is also satisfying for me.
    The challengesSometimes, some peoples here is making quite loud voices, in the working hours. For example, there is someone who is receiving phone call, and he is talking too loud on the phone without realising and knowing if his activity is annoying and disturbing to others' working comfort. This also applied when two peoples are discussing about something (related too work) but they are talking to loud. I think the HR Dept should make new rules regarding to this matters.

    The challengesPekerjaan yang spesifik membuat kita bisa cepat bosan, karena lingkup pekerjaan menjadi monoton, dan perkembangan terhadap skill sedikit terhambat. Tekanan pekerjaan terkadang dirasa sangat tinggi bahkan terbawa sampai ke rumah.

    Ups and downs in a global company
    The good thingsHealth and Safety both on and off work is the priority of the management. We work hard to achieve our goal but not forgetting to have fun every once in a while to blow off steam. Global Management recognize our talent and allocate us to the correct department so we can perform better.
    The challengesSome decision by local management can be hard to digest as it is not transparently explain to each department.
