    The good thingsKaryawan d berikan kebebasan untuk mengemukakan pendapat di setiap meeting. Diberikan keleluasaan untuk menyelesaikan setiap perkerjaan, tetapi tetap dalam target perusahaan. Setiap permasalahan, dapat di diskusikan atau selalu ada meeting team setiap bulan. Untuk mereview setiap permasalahan yang ada di masing-masing departement. Lingkungan kerja yang Kekeluargaan tidak membedakan atasan, karyawan baru atau karyawan lama. Semua karyawan bekerja sesuai dengan jobdesk.
    The challengesTanggung jawab secara personal apabila dalam setiap bulan tidak mencapai target mendapatkan supplier atau distributor baru. Kadang susah untuk mengatur appointment dengan supllier atau distributor. Term of payment merupakan target dalam departement, satu hal ini kadang membutuhkan pengalaman dan jam kerja yg cukup lama. Untuk bisa mendapatkan TOP dalam pembelian di perusahanan yang baru terjalan kerjasama.
