Citilink has achieved various awards, among others, Leading Low Cost Airlines for three consecutive years - 2011/2012, 2012/2013, and 2013/2014 - from the ITTA Foundation, Best Overall Marketing Campaign in The Budgies and Travel Awards 2012, Service To Care Award 2012 for airlines category from Markplus Insight, and The Best National Airline through Adikarya Wisata Award 2012.
