Menyelesaikan tugas sesuai dengan standar perusahaan merupakan tanggung jawab pekerja, namun perusahaan memiliki cukup toleransi mengenai aktivitas diluar jenis pekerjaan yang memberikan suasana santai tapi teratur dalam bekerja.

Cisangkan merupakan perusahaan beton pra cetak, kondisi pabrik di lapangan menjadi tantangan tersendiri karena untuk beberapa bagain lingkungan pabrik terdapat debu-debu dari raw material, suhu serta kelembapan di area produksi juga menjadi tantangan yang cukup diperhatikan dalam bekerja.
