    The good thingsBekerja penuh kenyamanan dengan kondisi teman kantor yang menyenangkan & jam kantor yang cukup fleksibel tidak ada patokan jam masuk/pulang namun kita sebagai karyawan diwajibkan tanggung jawab penuh atas pekerjaan kita masing-masing.
    The challengesPendukung kerjaan dalam tim tidak ada, karena masih pakai buatan lokal tim kantor, jadi terkadang bekerja yang sesuai dengan tim saya agak kurang, bilamana ada sistem berbayar yang di dukung kantor saat ini mungkin lebih baik lagi dalam aktivitas kerjaan saya.

    The good thingsThe environment. Because most of the employees are millenials so we had so much fun while we were working.
    The challengesWell, It’s kinda like there is a massive relationship between CEO and HR. It’s obviously based on like or dislike employee. HR can do everything he wants to do without asking permission to Head of Team.
