The initial phase of the project involves open pit mining and processing of the gold/silver rich oxide cap.     Great New Mining Company
    The good thingsThere are many experienced mining professionals who worked here. Most of them are helpful and willing to share their experience and knowledge to others. Site location is not in the remote area, so it's easier to do necessities shopping and such, scenery also great, there is a beautiful beach nearby which also a tourism spot, great place to relieve your stress after work. Other notable thing here is the benefits, although the salary isn't as great as other mining company, but other benefits and bonus are great.
    The challengesSince Site location isn't in the remote area. and close to local settlement, so social issue is the main concern. In some departments, office politics is a common practice and should be wary. Camp facilities are also limited and not as good as in the other mining company. Since this is a new company, so it's not perfect.
