    The good thingsthere is no good thing in here
    The challengesthere are many red flags: - attendance at 7.30 you must be ready to morning briefing alias doa pagi until more than 8 o'clock and its done every day. really wasting time even though what is discussed is the same thing - late arrival to office, they will cut ur salary - while interview they wouldn't describe your jobdesc , you must be ready to doing anything although its not your job jobdesc - your overtime would not be paid, but if you going home ontime they will be sarcasm on you - always demands loyality at the same time, the company has give you nothing - low salary even you have many years as staff - there is no career path - too much boomer are demanding - bad management, really sucks - female and male staff are gossip too much - if you wear wrong dress code, you would judged by them in front of all coworkers - too much do's and dont's but the company doesnt give you benefit last but not least, do not believe with their google reviews, because those are from their staff

    The challengesJika kalian masuk divisi non-bisnis atau divisi operasional, maka siap² untuk dianggap remeh oleh divisi tersebut. Tidak ada jenjang karir, pendapatan sangat bergantung pada induk perusahaan.

    Kecurangan dan politik signifikan terasa
    The good thingsBudaya kerja induk perusahaan yang tidak memiliki kepastian. Ranah kebijakan yang yang berotasi signifikan krn pergantian BOD yang cukup cepat. Benefit cukup baik, namun ranah politik sangat terasa dalam lingkup struktur organisasi. Antara beban pekerjaan yang bertambah dan upah masih terbilang belum balances. Unsur sama rata penilaian sangat tidak adil. Secara benefit kesehatan masih minim, kurangnya penghargaan terhadap pekerja yang memiliki loyalitas terhadap perusahaan. Banyaknya kecurangan kecurangan pada proses produksi marketing.
