    Minim support, aturan berubah-ubah, tidak ada tolak ukur jelas. Negosiasi kompensasi benefit bisa di ingkari dengan alasan perubahan kebijakan BOD yang terlalu campur tangan ke hal-hal tekhnis

    The challengesPerusahaan keluarga, BOD terlalu banyak campur tangan bahkan untuk hal yang sangat remeh. Budget minimal menuntut hasil sangat maksimal. Proses klaim sangat ribet, tolak ukur aturan tidak jelas, cenderung mengedepankan subjektifitas. Jangan berharap dapat insentif, angka insentif mustahil dicapai

    Diperusahaan ini, semenjak saya lulus SMK hingga sekarang banyak ilmu yg didapat. Mulai dari aplikasi GF Akutansi hingga ke Accurate Online.
    The good thingsRekan rekannya baik, ramah tamah. Direkturnya pun baik
    The challengesHanya saja bagian di admin ikut serta terjun ke gudang dan menghitung stock(bukan admin gudang)
