The challengesPerusahaan keluarga, BOD terlalu banyak campur tangan bahkan untuk hal yang sangat remeh. Budget minimal menuntut hasil sangat maksimal. Proses klaim sangat ribet, tolak ukur aturan tidak jelas, cenderung mengedepankan subjektifitas.
