The good thingssuasana kerja yang kondusif membuat daya kreatifitas selalu dapat ditingkatkan. tidak ada tekanan untuk berfikir kreatif menjadikan saya selalu mendapatkan pengetahuan baru pada setiap pekerjaan yang saya kerjakan.

The challengeskarena kenyamanan bekerja, terkadang membuat zona nyaman bagi saya sendiri dan terkadang enggan untuk menantang diri sendiri mencoba hal yang baru. selain itu, keterbatasan kolega (rekan kerja) menjadikan terbatasnya pertemanan.
