    The good thingsAs Employer bizzy know whats employee need, whats good here the company provide us Free Coffee and Milo everyday..nice :) , as Tech Team you choose your workplace wherever you are ** as long as you are connected, beside company provide your own defaut desk as well in office. Every 3 months company always organized Town Hall Meeting for all employees , so we always get update of company condition.
    The challengesAs Tech Team you are empowered to share your thought and idea to the team about current technology best practice that would help company business need. Every 2 week Tech Team also organized knowledge sharing for you getting updated. Because we embraced SCRUM for our framework, we run Sprint Planning every 2 weeks, here you decide how long you take on every task that you got. So not Dev Manager nor Project Owner that define the time you will take on every task you have.
