    The challengesSebenanrnya ini langkah yang baik untuk freshgraaduate dalam memulai karir. Tapi, untuk mengejar karir disini coba pertimbangkan lagi. Pertama, HRD yang perempuan sangat tidak ramah & cukup culas. Sebagai karyawan sudah sepantasnya diberikan "salinan" kontrak kerja. Tapi, HRD perempuan menolak untuk memberikan dengan alasan yang tidak jelas. Di kontrak kerja juga kurang lengkap & jelas seperti penjabaran jobdesc, jam kerja, & pulang. Juga terkadang, HRD suka mensenioritaskan bawahan untuk staff baru yang baru bergabung. HRD yang perempuan kurang memperhatikan worklife balance karyawan. Sebaiknya, utk HRD yang perempuan tolong diperbaiki lagi, dan perlu juga mempertimbangkan saran dari bawahannya.
