The challengesBeberapa pihak terlalu mengedepankan pertemanan bukannya profesionalisme, lingkungan kerja yang cenderung sepi untuk bekerja di pagi hari hanya team purchasing 2 orang dan OB 2 orang, staff2 akan mulai ramai di sore hari.
Atasan purchasing cenderung tidak mau mencoba cara baru, harus mengikuti cara lama yang sudah diterapkan. Jobclass SPV kurang dalam tunjangan.
