    there is no career path
    The good thingsThe new employees are open-minded rather than the "old-people" so the work environment is enjoyable. The salary is always on time also and the new building is cool
    The challengesThis company has no career path, and no health benefits other than BPJS (people here are also more concerned with cigarette smoke than the health of their employees), the system is always changing, the authority of the seniority is strong, and too many "old-people" make it difficult to make changes and focus more on who is wrong rather than looking for a solution.

    The strength of cohesiveness within the Sales (Operational) division
    The good thingsOne of the most memorable things while working at Bi-EnSi Fesyenindo is the strength of cohesiveness in the Sales (Operational) division, especially all the personnel in the store. Of course, good results are also supported by other divisions such as MD and Finance in carrying out operations and achieving sales targets that have been set by the company.
