    Bekerja di Biensi sangat cocok untuk fresh graduate, mencari pengalam 1-2 tahun, lebih dari itu, lebih baik cari perusahaan lain yang lebih baik
    The good things1. Gaji Tepat Waktu 2. Sabtu & Minggu Libur 3. teman kantor yang baik 4. ada bpjs (ketenagakerjaan, kesehatan, hari tua & JKP) 5. head quarters kekinian 6. ada bonus pernikahan & kelahiran anak
    The challenges1. kental dengan budaya "family first", diluar family owner's tidak ada previlage 2. cuti tahunan hilang meskipun tidak dipakai 3. tidak adanya review bulanan dari atasan / HR, sehingga tidak ada evaluasi kerja. 4. uang akomodasi dinas luar tidak ada perubahan sejak 2012

    there is no career path
    The good thingsThe new employees are open-minded rather than the "old-people" so the work environment is enjoyable. The salary is always on time also and the new building is cool
    The challengesThis company has no career path, and no health benefits other than BPJS (people here are also more concerned with cigarette smoke than the health of their employees), the system is always changing, the authority of the seniority is strong, and too many "old-people" make it difficult to make changes and focus more on who is wrong rather than looking for a solution.

    Gaji dan tunjangan oke, lingkungan tidak nyaman
    The good thingsGaji diberikan oke, tepat waktu, dan banyak fasilitas lainnya yang mensejahterakan karyawan. Jam kerja cukup dan masih bisa work-life balance.
    The challengesLingkungan kerja tidak membuat nyaman, diruangan tertutup ada 3-4 AC bersuhu 16 derajat setiap hari membuat saya kedinginan dan susah konsentrasi, tetap dinyalakan meski sudah minta dimatikan. Didalam ruangan ber AC karyawan terus merokok, terutama saat meeting, padahal saya asma, tapi tidak dipedulikan, menyedihkan. Di divisi saya menyaksikan banyak kecurangan dan minim integritas.

    System. How About The System?
    The good thingsVibes dari rekan kerja baik, tidak saling sikut (untuk level staff), saling support baik teknis pekerjaan maupun daily activity. Range umur yang tidak terlalu jauh membuat susana lebih dinamis.
    The challengesTerlalu banyak konflik subjektif yang berimbas pada level staff. Sesungguhnya hal tersebut terjadi pada manajerial. namun dampaknya berpengaruh ke worklife balanced semua pegawai. Ada hal yang sesungguhnya sangat simple namun seakan dibuat rumit. Dan ada hal yang detail akhirnya luput dari pengamatan.

    The good thingsMemiliki lingkungan kerja yang cukup santai, terlihat dari cara berpakaian kerja yang karyawan diberkan keleluasaan, tercermin dari perusahaan fashion dengan sekala nasional. Memberikan kemudahaan karyawan dalam beribadah.
    The challengesKesulitan yang terjadi pada umumnya hampir mirip perusahaan lain yang terjadi. seperti tekanan kerja yang terjadi sesuai dengan level kerja dan tanggung jawab pada posisi tertentu. semakin tinggi posisi dan strategis perusahaan sudah barang tentu semakin tinggi tingkat tekanan kerja karyawan tersebut.

    The good thingsSaya mendapatkan banyak pengalaman kerja dari perusahaan biensi fesyenindo sebagai tim audit / controller. Saya memiliki ilmu baru yaitu keuangan yang dimana sebelumnya latar belakang pendidikan adalah ilu komunikasi. Saya ditugaskan untuk keliling Indonesia pergi ke setiap kota untuk mengaudit toko toko yang di miliki oleh perusahaan. Setiap kota yang saya kunjungi selalu memiliki pengalaman dan cerita yang luar biasa. Itu semua saya dapatkan saat bekerja di Biensi Fesyenindo.

    The good thingsselama saya bekerja disini, saya mempunyai banyak pengalaman baru dalam industri fashion khususnya , Biensi menurut saya adalah perusahaan yang sangat besar , kesejahteraan karyawan sangat terjamin , selalu update mengenai fashion yang sedang berkembang pada jamanya , diberikan training untuk para kandidat kasir dan kepala toko , jenjang karir bagus
    The challengeskesulitan saya selama bekerja di biensi adalah pada saat pengajuan cuti tahunan , cuti tidak bisa diuangkan , kurang adanya pembelajaran (product knowledge) tentang bahan-bahan kaos,sweater,celana,yg di jual oleh perusahaan , tidak ada jaminan kesehatan bagi karyawan ,

    The good thingsemphasize camaraderie on horizontal also on vertical connection between employee. Many non-financial benefits like employee discount, THR bonus & parcel, flexible working clothes, perfect for young employee.
    The challengesfamily management and conventional management is so visible. High resistancy to move forwards to more professional style management. Hard to work with more professional people as there are a lot of highly skilled employee that get their skill by experience not by profession.
