    The challengesHal yang menantang dalam perusahaan ini saat kita dalam situasi sulit di masa pandemi Covid-19, sebagai pekerja rasa syukur yang teramat kepada PT Biantara Jaya Services karena pegawai tidak di PHK namun diberi alternatif gaji setengah namun hal tersebut tidak berkepanjangan hanya berlangsung beberapa bulan saja. dapat disadari memang Covid-19 ini sangat amat berdampak pada operasional perusahaan. Semoga perusahaan ini selalu tambah jaya dan berkah dan barokah
